Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah is currently showing an interesting story of Babita and Iyer as the couple is gearing up to welcome the new boss of Iyer and his wife for dinner at their home. The boss is pretty insistent on only one thing and that is he wants the Iyer couple to serve him only Gujarati food.
Since Babita is good at cooking almost all the dishes, Iyer confidently says yes in the office but when Babita says that she cannot cook authentic Gujarati dinner, the couple becomes tensed. One-by-one they consult all the ladies in Gokuldham but none of them are good at cooking any Gujarati dish. So when they approach Jethalal who fancies Babita so much, the former immediately says yes to help the couple with the dinner. But in reality, Jethalal is not good at cooking and is now trapped in his own lies.
He tries to arrange a Gujarati cook for Babita and Iyer from Gayatri Bhojanalaya but even that plan fails. Now Jethalal is in trouble and does not know what to do. Even his Fire Brigade aka Mehta Saab cannot come up with any plan to save Jethalal from embarrassment. Rather he advises Jethalal to tell the Iyer couple the truth. Now what will happen?

Dayaben To Rescue Her Husband?
The only person in the entire Gokuldham who can cook authentic Gujarati food is Dayaben aka Disha Vakani. Currently Disha is on hiatus after delivering a daughter and her return to the show has already caused a lot of controversy. Since she cannot work for long hours as of now, the actress is currently out of the show. But the situation and the storyline indicate that Dayaben will be back to help Jethalal and cook Gujarati food for the Iyer family at least for this one episode.
Whether Daya herself comes to Gokuldham or talks on the phone with Babita and instructs her about all the Gujarati dishes will be revealed by this weekend.
