Bhubaneswar: The stage is all set to celebrate Holi, the festival of colours. But the resurgence of Covid-19 in different parts of the country is likely to play a spoil sport during the festivities this year.
The team of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, one of the popular TV shows, through a video tweet on Sunday urged people to play a ‘Safe Holi’ with their family members in their respective homes in view of the Covid-19 pandemic situation.
Fans have liked the video as it interesting visuals of past Holi celebrations at Gokuldham by Jethalal, Bapuji, Tappu and other characters.
Even Asit Kumarr Modi also appealed people to stay indoors and play the festival of colours with family.

Several State governments across the country have also issued restrictions on the Holi celebrations in view of the surge in Covid-19 cases.
The appeal by Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah team has been welcomed by fans and others as well as following all the guidelines and protocols have become a must to keep the coronavirus at bay.
