Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah's two actors have tested corona positive. After Mayur Vakani who reportedly has been hospitalized for COVID-19, Mandar Chandwadkar who plays the role of Atmaram Tukaram Bhide has also tested corona positive and is currently under home quarantine.

While everyone who came in contact with these actors has been advised to take precautions and do testing the makers of TMKOC have decided to continue with the shoot.

No Break for Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah

According to inner sources, the producer Asit Kumarr Modi and the entire team of the show has decided to continue shooting the next episodes without taking a break. Earlier there were rumors that TMKOC might take a break after Mayur Vakani tested corona positive.

Interestingly the current track revolves around Bhide aka Mandar Chandwadkar who is frustrated with the way students behave during his online class. The last episode showed how Bhide shares his plight with Jethalal and Taarak Mehta and how everyone tries to lighten the mood by playing antakshari.

Now it would be interesting to see how the makers of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah take the story further in the absence of Mandar Chandwadkar. There is a strong possibility that the actor has already completed shooting for this arch.
