The agency in its letter has said that all the mobile data has been retrieved and the investigation continues to move ahead based on the various details gathered during the probe. The letter in PDF form was shared by Ishkaran Bhandari, the advocate appointed by Swamy to follow up the Sushant Singh Rajput case.

In his tweet, Bhandari wrote, "CBI reply to @Swamy39 on Sushant Singh Rajput Case! Wonderful development in Justice & Transparency by CBI. Must appreciate it."

Sushant Singh Rajput Fans Not Happy With CBI's Explanation

Ever since the death of SSR, his fans have been demanding a fair probe into the case. Earlier this week, SSRians asked CBI to respond and share the developments of the case. Now that CBI has finally responded officially with a letter, fans of the Kedarnath actor are not happy.

Taking a jibe at the slow-paced working of CBI, journalist Gunasekar wrote, "After 145 days of taking over the Sushant Singh Rajput case, CBI still says “CBI is conducting an investigation in a thorough & professional manner using latest scientific techniques. During investigation, all aspects are being looked at and no aspect has been ruled out as on date”

A Sushant Singh Rajput fan slammed CBI saying, "What transparency, From day 1 to 30.12.2020 CBI is telling the same thing. Like not ruled out, still open. The reality is @ips_nupurprasad And teams are sleeping."

Its been more than six months since Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his apartment on 14 June under suspicious circumstances. Hopefully, the CBI will soon come to a conclusion regarding the cause of his death.
