The death mystery of the late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput is yet to be solved. Fans and family members are still mourning his death and are demanding a thorough probe to resolve the mystery at the earliest. It seems, CBI is yet to get a powerful clue to unwind the mystery. However, recently criminal lawyer Ashok Saraogi has announced something that has raised hopes of fans!

Saraogi has claimed that the Sushant Singh Rajput biopic inspired from his life and related to his death mystery will shed lights on the yet to be resolved death case. The lawyer is hopeful that the film titled- Nyay: The Justice, will reignite the 'Justice for Sushant' campaign.

Nyay: The Justice, to be produced by Sarogi's wife Sarla will provide fresh clues that is likely to help the Central agency to investigate the mysterious death case of the late actor.

“Since I was involved in this case, I was representing one of the person (SSR’s ex manager Shruti Modi) in this matter, definitely I know the internal things, I know how the investigation is being done – so I had to take the lead and I asked my wife to produce this film," News 18 quoted Sarogi as saying.

Explaining about the film's story, the lawyer said that fans will get an idea of what really happened or what could have happened in the mysterious death case of SSR. He further stated that not only fans but the investigating agencies will also get some clues.

Sarogi is hopeful that the hints from the story will push the investigating agencies to move further and fans should be happy that on the basis of that clue, the agency would be in a position to proceed further.

Though, CBI is probing the suicide angle of Sushant Singh Rajput, sluggish probe of the case and no updates from the agency has forced fans to give up hopes. However, the seasoned criminal lawyer Sarogi believes that the delay could be part of investigation by the agency.

“CBI will never complete the investigation like the police or other agencies. They purposely delay the investigation sometime so as to make the criminal feel there is nothing against them and make a mistake that gives them a clue. This is the pattern of working of CBI. So, at this point the CBI may not be harsh on some persons so that they get solid evidence with which they can be prosecuted further,” said Sarogi.

Further Sarogi said when SSR case probe was at its peak, he had informed about the existing drug menace in the film industry. The lawyer also claimed that he had helped the CBI in getting Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) to probe the drug angle.

He also stated about the recent progress made by the drug law enforcement agency with the reported preparation of a 12000 page chargesheet with actress Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Showik among 33 accused named in it.

According to senior NCB sources, related with the probe, the agency will be filing the first charge sheet against 33 people.

NCB sources informed that names of SSR's girlfriend Rhea and her brother Showik, Sushant's former manager Samuel Miranda, Sushant's house help Dipesh Sawant, drug peddler Anuj Keshwani, from whom commercial quantity of drugs (LSD sheets and marijuana) was first recovered, two college students who are allegedly last mile peddlers, two foreign nationals including Agisilaos Demetriades, brother of Arjun Rampal's South African model Gabriella Demetriades and Kshitij Prasad, former executive producer associated with Dharma Productions are said to figure in the charge sheet.

News 18 quoted the lawyer as saying, “If the charge sheet is filed then definitely they have some material to show otherwise they would have filed a summary report saying nothing is found. Rhea’s case if different and others is different, it’s too early to comment on this… NCB can either segregate or file more chargesheet based on their investigation – so it’s too early to comment at this stage. …. I have seen Senior Advocate (Satish) Maneshinde’s (Rhea’s lawyer) statement that chargesheet is filed to cause harassment to Rhea but that’s not the case. I have seen the industry closely for years and I have seen people from trade consuming drugs openly.”

As per the makers, Sushant Singh Rajput's biopic tentatively titled as Nyay will explore all angles of the late actors life. However, SSR’s family has not extended support to the makers. As per sources, the makers have clarified that they are not playing with any facts, and the film is based on information available in public domain.

Earlier, a petition was filed alleging that the film would hurt sentiments of SSR fans and also shows the state government in a bad light. The makers have stated that the story is based on this submission they got a ruling in their favour in a court over the filed petition.

The makers of Sushant Singh Rajput Biopic- 'Nyay: The Justice' are yet to announce the release date of the film, but have clarified that they will go ahead with the film and a web series and the works are in progress. The biopic inspired from SSR's life and death mystery will revive some moments of the late actor and will certainly be a treat for fans.
