'Highway', 'Udta Punjab', 'Raazi', 'Kalank' and now with 'RRR', Alia Bhatt is setting her standards higher and higher with her projects. After learning Kathak for a whole long year for her role in the movie, 'Kalank', Alia is all set for another challenge of learning Telugu for SS Rajamouli's next, 'RRR'.

It is reported that the actress is taking daily classes to learn the language. “It is a challenge, yes, I can’t deny that. Telugu is a tough language to learn. But it’s a very expressive language. I want to understand the nuances of the language, why certain words are pronounced the way they are, and what they convey. Only then will I be able to express my character’s feelings,” said Alia in her statement to Deccan Chronicle.

Alia is breaking into a sweat over learning Telugu. “Believe me, these days an achievement for me is when I can learn and say a whole line in Telugu,” she added.

Besides, responding to her venture with Rajamouli, Alia said that she always wanted to work with three directors- Karan Johar, Sanjay Leela Bhansali and SS Rajamouli- and she has now achieved that feat. While she was launched by Karan, she currently has projects with Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Rajamouli.
