Mumbai: Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha on Tuesday took a dig at Amazon India after she got junk instead of her ordered headphones online. However, it backfired as twitterati trolled her with some accusing her of trying to defame Amazon India with an hidden agenda to promote Flipkart.
Unimpressed with it, Sonakshi had on December 11 posted on Twitter: "Hey Amazon India! Look what I got instead of the Bose headphones I ordered! Properly packed and unopened box, looked legit... but only on the outside. Oh and your customer service doesn't even want to help, that's what makes it even worse."

She even posted a photographs of the box.
"Anybody want to buy a brand new shiny piece of junk for 18,000 bucks? (Yup, its a steal). Don't worry, I'm selling, not Amazon, so you'll get exactly what you're ordering," Sonakshi added with sarcasm.

This seems to be some sort of promotion or something else. Otherwise @amazonIN would have replied very soon. Those who are blaming amazon, I would say that Amazon's customer support is one of the best in the world. I have been shopping for 4 years & never had a bad experience.
