Sidharth Malhotra turns 41: Kiara Advani shares heartwarming glimpses from his first birthday as a dad

Bollywood actor Sidharth Malhotra is celebrating his 41st birthday today, and the occasion has been made extra special as it marks his first birthday since embracing fatherhood. 

Social media was flooded with warm wishes from fans, friends, and colleagues, all eager to catch a glimpse of how the actor celebrated the milestone. Fulfilling that wish, his wife, actress Kiara Advani, shared intimate moments from Sidharth’s birthday bash, giving fans a peek into the love-filled celebration.

Kiara Advani’s sweet birthday post steals hearts

On Friday, Kiara took to Instagram to wish her husband and posted pictures and videos from the celebration. One of the highlights was a two-tiered chocolate cake with adorable messages like “Saraayah’s Papa” and “Daddy Cool” written on it. The cake also featured a Superman logo, symbolising Sidharth’s new role as a real-life hero.

In a video from the bash, Kiara is seen singing the classic birthday song “Baar Baar Din Ye Aaye” as Sidharth smiles and cuts the cake with her by his side. The celebration was attended by close friends from the industry, including Karan Johar and Manish Malhotra. Captioning the post, Kiara wrote, “Saraayah’s favourite human and the most beautiful one – inside out. Still crushing on you. Now so is our little one. Happy Birthday, husband.”

Sidharth on fatherhood and daughter Saraayah

Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra welcomed their daughter, Saraayah, on July 15, 2025, and revealed her name a few months later along with a tender glimpse of her tiny feet. Speaking at the ‘We The Women’ event last year, Sidharth shared heartfelt and humorous insights into fatherhood, admitting he has “never lost so many arguments to somebody who can’t speak.”

Explaining the meaning of his daughter’s name, Sidharth revealed that Saraayah means “Princess of God” and is of Hebrew origin. He added that life has been “amazing” since her birth, joking that he is no longer the hero of the house as his daughter has become the real superstar.
