Sangati Jogwar

Shraddha Kapoor recently returned to India after completing a hectic schedule with Tiger Shroff for Ahmad Khan’s “Baaghi 3” in Serbia. The actress is also busy promoting her upcoming release with Varun Dhawan “Street Dancer 3D” helmed by the famous choreographer and director Remo D’Souza. Incidentally, this movie based on dance is the third from the “ABCD” franchise.

Shraddha and Varun were the lead pair in the second installment of this franchise and will return as dancers once again with their upcoming flick. The addition of Nora Fatehi to the star cast is another highlight of the movie.

Shraddha Kapoor’s Weight Loss Diet

This daughter of famous Bollywood villain Shakti Kapoor is known for her dancing as well as for her svelte figure which seems to be the same ever since she joined the film industry. Rather she has one of the hottest and fittest bodies in B-town which surely is not the result of only workout and gym. It has got more to do with what she eats.

Initially, she did not follow any particular diet as she was always slim. But now after becoming an actress, she has started including eggs, fish, fresh fruit juices and grilled vegetables in her regular diet. Her regular breakfast includes upma, poha, one portion of scrambled egg whites, or egg white omelettes. At lunch, she prefers dal, chapattis, and green vegetables.

Since the “Baaghi” actress turned vegan she switched dairy with almond milk in her tea. But when she is not on a vegan diet, she eats brown rice or whole wheat bread with fish curry or grilled fish and dal at dinner.

As is with most of the diet-watchers, she skips junk and oily food and makes sure to drink lots of water all through the day. So that is how Shraddha Kapoor manages to look so beautiful and retain a stellar figure.
