Nepotism continues to be a hot topic discussed in the entertainment industry. From Karan Johar to the Kapoor Khandan everyone has faced accusations and allegations that more or less have affected them in some way. It is a fact that those who deserve to get it in the Bollywood industry and just being a son or daughter of a famous film industry family does not guarantee a successful career. However, it does guarantee a proper launching pad, promotion, and support from the film fraternity.

When Mira Rajput, the wife of “Kabir Singh” actor Shahid Kapoor stated on “Koffee With Karan” a couple of years ago that she was against nepotism, it was not at all surprising. The young girl who came into limelight because her husband is a celebrated Bollywood star had the same opinion that everyone from outside the industry has.

But when the same Mira Rajput uses the stardom of her husband to gain name and fame and grace the cover of a popular fashion/design magazine, netizens do not spare her.

Mira Rajput On Covers Of Vogue

The 25-year-old owes her name and fame to her husband. She is beautiful, young and has tried her best to match the beauty and glamour of all the B-town leading ladies with whom her husband romances on the screen. Not surprisingly she is getting almost similar treatment from the media with the paparazzi following her whether it is a gym or a dinner outing with hubby Sasha.

Now, this Delhi girl has graced the cover of Vogue magazine which is a fashion and lifestyle magazine that covers everything from fashion, culture, lifestyle and more. Netizens have objected to the selection of Mira Rajput for the cover claiming that she is on the top just because Mira is the wife of Shahid Kapoor.

The social media users think that the same girl who earlier was against nepotism is now using it for her gains which speak of her double standards.
