Sara Ali Khan Welcomes Akshay Kumar To ‘Atrangi Re’ With Unseen Picture From Sets

Sara Ali Khan welcomed her second co-star Akshay Kumar on board for Atrangi Re with an Instagram post on Friday. Khiladi Kumar is going to be a pivotal part of the Dhanush and Sara starrer film, directed by Aanand L Rai.

Dhanush and Sara had already been shooting for months prior to the pandemic when it came to a halt. In October, they rolled out their second schedule and now Khiladi Kumar has also joined the duo. Sharing her excitement to work with Akshay for the first time, Sara took to her Instagram handle, and wrote, "AtrangiRe becomes more Rangeen! @akshaykumar so privileged, excited, and thankful to be working with you!"

In the photo, Sara and Akshay are looking at each other at their happiest selves. Sara is seen wearing a yellow dupatta with kurta salwar which seems to be her character’s look.
