Actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu has every reason to be thankful for 2025. The year marked several major milestones in her life — from launching her own production house to releasing her first film as a producer, and finally, tying the knot with filmmaker Raj Nidimoru.

On Christmas Eve, Samantha took to Instagram to share a heartfelt post reflecting on the year gone by. Titled simply “A year of gratitude 🤍”, the post offered fans a glimpse into both her personal happiness and professional journey.

Unseen Wedding Photo Steals Hearts

Among the series of pictures shared was an unseen moment from Samantha and Raj’s wedding day. Dressed in traditional wedding attire, Samantha was seen sitting beside Raj, who made a goofy expression as she giggled — a candid moment that instantly caught fans’ attention.

The photo was part of a carousel that also included a video of Samantha training at the gym, a still from her cameo appearance in Subham, and a picture of a beautifully decorated Christmas tree, capturing the many shades of her eventful year.

Love Story and Wedding Details

Samantha and Raj, who first collaborated on The Family Man Season 2 (2021) and later on Citadel: Honey Bunny (2024), made their relationship official on December 1, 2025. The couple married in a private yogic ceremony at the Isha Foundation in Coimbatore, with Samantha sharing glimpses of the ceremony on social media.

Work Front: What’s Next for Samantha

Professionally, Samantha is currently working with Raj & DK on Rakt Brahmand: The Bloody Kingdom, which also stars Aditya Roy Kapur, Ali Fazal, Wamiqa Gabbi, and Jaideep Ahlawat. The series is currently in production and is expected to premiere in 2026.
