Samantha Akkineni will soon be seen in a new role, apart from her silver screen appearances. After giving a slew of back-to-back superhit movies, the south actress is now all set to make her digital debut with one of the most talented Bollywood actors, Manoj Bajpayee.
Samantha is likely to be seen in a pivotal role in The Family Man season 2. The news was recently shared by filmmakers Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK on Twitter. Raj and DK shared a teaser of the same and wrote: "Season 2! Now filming!"

While speaking about her web debut, Samantha said that the digital space is booming and she needs to be a part of this revolution. "The role I play for the show (The Family Man season 2) is diametrically different from anything I have done before. It will certainly surprise and delight my fans," she said.
Samantha also shared the video on her Instagram handle and captioned it: "... #TheFamilyMan2 Yas finally... my web series debut with the most kicka** show @rajanddk my heroes. Thankyou for giving me a dream role."
The Family Man season 1 streaming on September 20 and received great reviews. Now, season 2 of the show is likely to be released in 2020-21.
