Since the release of the super hit movie Karan Arjun in 1995, fans have been waiting to watch the two biggies of the Bollywood Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan. It seems, the waiting might get over in the coming days as director Ali Abbas Zafar has given us the dream of India's ultimate star cast. The maker of 'Bharat' has dropped a hint about casting Salman and Shah Rukh in one movie.

Though the actors have been making special appearances in each other's films since many years, they were never offered full fledged roles since past 17 years. The duo was also seen together in 2002 in 'Hum Tumhare Hain Sanam' but Salman's role was just like a cameo.

Director Ali Abbas Zafar recently told a website that he would love to cast both the actors together and they would also agree to the same but for that, a strong script is needed. He further said that he might just write a script for both of them. As the stars happen to have a strong friendship, it is very likely that they will agree to such a script, said Ali.

Salman and Shah Rukh have been friends since long. From promoting each other's films to making special appearances, they have been constantly proving good rapport between them.

Recently, when Salman Khan released the trailer of Bharat and Shah Rukh was among the first ones to laud it. He tweeted, "Kya baat hai bhai!! Bahut khoob."
