Nitesh Kumar Sahoo

Saaho is one of the most awaited movies of this year as Darling Prabhas will be back to action mode after a long gap. Fans are eagerly waiting to watch their favourite actor on silver screen as the star was last seen in Baahubali- The Conclusion.

It is obvious to speculate that Prabhas would be charging higher remuneration after embarking the highest grossing movies. But the news that has surfaced now seems to be setting a new trend in the South. As per sources, Prabhas won't be charging his remuneration for Saaho.

Yes, you have heard right. If the reports are anything to go by, Prabhas is the first South Indian actor who has decided to let go the upfront fee or the remuneration for the movie and would take home a percentage of profits. As per Times of India report, Prabhas has now opted for profit share as a fair practice which also would be a win-win situation for the filmmakers. A close source of the actor revealed that Prabhas realised that not charging his regular fee would be better as he wants to make Saaho feasible.

The actor has made up his mind to take a share from Saaho's pre-release business after the movie goes well. Sources said, earlier Prabhas used to charge an upfront fee and in addition took a share of 50-60% of the profits. But, the scenario with Saaho will be completely different.

Fan following of Prabhas increased surprisingly after the release of Baahubali- The Beginning and soared up high with the release of the highest grossing movie of Indian film industry, Baahubali- The Conclusion. The Rebel star has got nationwide recognition as well as across the borders.

Previously scheduled to release on August 15, Saaho will now be releasing on August 30. Fans of darling are eagerly counting the days to watch their favourite actor once again in action mode.
