Rhea Chakraborty today released a detailed statement through her lawyer. In her statement, the girlfriend of Sushant Singh Rajput says that she never met Aditya Thackeray. Also, she does not have any objection to the CBI inquiry for Sushant's case. However, she is against the Bihar police taking up the investigation as it is politically motivated.

The actress also says in the statement that the allegations by the family of Sushant are nonsense/afterthought. She stresses the fact that the case has become more about politics than the truth.

Rhea Chakraborty Never Met or Talked With Aditya Thackeray

Last month a picture of a young girl with Aditya Thackeray created a ripple on social media. Many alleged that the girl in the picture was none other than Rhea Chakraborty. However, in this statement, the actress strongly says that she never met the scion of the Thackeray family nor ever talked to him. Rhea only knows him as the leader of Shiv Sena. The actress further stresses that the Bihar political leaders want to take advantage of this case as the assembly elections in Bihar are around.

In this statement, Rhea Chakraborty mentions the reason why Sushant was not keen to be with his family members. The actress said that once Priyanka tried to grope her in bed after consuming a lot of alcohol. After Rhea told this to Sushant he had a fight with his sister. According to Rhea ever since then Sushant Singh Rajput's relations with his family strained.

Sushant Himself Asked Rhea to Move Out

In this statement, Rhea further says that Sushant wanted to move out of Mumbai. He repeatedly called his family in June to contact him and meet him. After his sister Meetu decided to stay at Sushant's house, the actor himself asked Rhea to stay with her parents for a few days. She has no objection to the Supreme Court transferring the case to CBI.

In the statement, Rhea Chakraborty stresses that she would like the truth to come out by virtue of fair and impartial investigation.
