Amid the ongoing probe of the Special Investigation Team of the CBI into the Sushant Singh Rajput case, senior advocate Vikas Singh today said that Rhea Chakraborty 'has never cooperated with the late actor's family and is playing a double game'.

"Rhea has not cooperated with the family, she didn't even offer condolences to the family when the mishap took place," the senior advocate representing the late actor's family said, adding that had Rhea really cooperating the family, she would have withdrawn her petition from the Supreme Court.

"Rhea is playing a double game in this matter, if she wanted to support the family, then why did she file this petition in the Supreme Court," Singh said.

Speaking to ANI, Singh said that Rhea will be summoned by the CBI after it has done its spadework. The investigating team is examining everybody and once they are able to do their homework properly, they will start grilling the Jalebi actress.

If the CBI starts grilling Rhea and she does not cooperate with them or gives evasive answers, the possibility of her arrest will also rise. I'm quite hopeful that the probe is going in the right direction, said Singh.
