A day earlier the Sulthan actress shared a glimpse of her fitness challenge and successfully passed the wild dog push-up test. While Rashoo did nail the entire activity, she did not seem to be happy about it and thinks that she must improve.

Samantha Akkineni Is a Master At Balancing Fitness and Nutrition

Samantha Akkineni recently said that her fitness is a lifelong journey as the Oh! Baby actress continues to try out new routines and workouts. Apart from nutrition and exercise, the Sam Jam Talk Show host is also very much into mental health and spiritual healing and regularly practices breathing exercises.

She is one of the few actresses who rely on only a plant-based diet to keep herself fit.

Earlier this year Samantha started practicing animal flow exercises to give her body more agility and flexibility.
