Ranveer Singh is a die-hard cricket fan and also an ardent supporter of Mumbai Indians. So when yesterday the team of Rohit Sharma lifted the IPL trophy for the fifth time, the 83 actor could not stop himself from reacting. Dressed in the blue Mumbai Indians T-shirt, with matching goggles and cap, Ranveer came out with a whacky performance on his Gully Boy rap.

The rap says, "Tere Shooteron Ka Khaas mere gully mein, pure shahar ki awaaz mere gully mein." He captioned this video, "CHAMPIONS!!!!! Make that 5 BABY !!!"

Ranveer Singh's Much-awaited Movie 83 to Release This December

As is known Ranveer Singh is playing the lead role in the biopic based on the life of legendary cricketer Kapil Dev. The film is very close to the heart of Ranveer and it was supposed to release in summer this year. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the movie has been delayed.

There have been rumors that the movie will be releasing on OTT space. But both the producer Sajid Nadiadwala and Kabir Khan denied these rumors. According to the latest reports, Ranveer Singh's 83 will release this December.

It will be a big treat for the fans of both Ranveer and Deepika Padukone as they will get to see the real-life pair once again on the silver screen after a long gap. Incidentally, Deeps is playing the role of Kapil Dev's wife-Romi.

Apart from 83, Ranveer Singh also has big movies like Dharma Productions Takht, YRF's Jayeshbhai Jordaar, and Rohit Shetty's Angoor remake Cirkus in his kitty.
