Bollywood stars’ obsession with the Maldives is not over yet as more and more celebrities have started jetting off to the island, again. After Disha Patani and Tiger Shroff, Sara Ali Khan, the latest to join the list of celebs vacationing in the Maldives are the ‘it’ couple – Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. The two who recovered from Covid-19 recently were seen heading for a vacation which invited a lot of backlash from netizens for turning blind eye to the agony of people in the pandemic.
Twinning in white, the couple was papped at the airport as they headed to catch their flight to the Maldives. Soon after the pictures hit the internet, netizens started expressing their disappointment with the stars vacationing while this massive health crisis has taken over the country and globe. One user even commented, “Highest degree of illiteracy. What fine examples these stars are setting!!!! *slowclaps* ”
