Ever since Sajid Nadiadwala has revealed that Kick 2 is ready to roll soon starring the ‘Devil’ Salman Khan, fans have been waiting with bated breath for further developments on the same. As per the latest buzz, Rakul Preet Singh will be reportedly seen romancing with the Sallu in the sequel.
Kick 2 is slotted for a year-end release in 2021. Before the sequel, Salman and Nadiadwala will hit the screen for Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali that will drop around EID 2021. Sajid has been working on the script since last year and fans were curious who the female lead is.

While some are stating that Jacqueline Fernandez will return alongside Salman Khan, some speculations suggest that Rakul Preet Singh has also been roped in to play the second female lead who will be pairing with Sallu Bhai. However, there is no official announcement on the same.

The producer said earlier in an interview, "We are yet to lock the female co-star post which we will start working on the shoot dates. Kick 2 will happen in December 2021, I am in the process to finish writing the script,"
Meanwhile, Salman Khan had already wrapped Radhe: The Most Wanted Bhai in October 2020 and the film will be released on Eid which is Khan’s lucky box office time. He has already kick-started the promotions of the movie along with Randeep Hooda and Disha Patani.
