Netizens Extend Support To Meghan Markle After She Opened Up About Her Miscarriage
The Internet has come together to extend comfort to Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle after she revealed that she suffered a miscarriage in July while she was pregnant with her second child.
In an opinion piece for the New York Times, Meghan opened about the emotional turmoil she and Harry underwent after they lost their child. She wrote, “Sitting in a hospital bed, watching my husband’s heartbreak as he tried to hold the shattered pieces of mine, I realized that the only way to begin to heal is to first ask, ‘Are you OK?'” the wife of Prince Harry wrote.
While a number of women undergo the trauma of miscarriage, the conversation on it hasn’t yet begun.” Losing a child means carrying almost unbearable grief, experienced by many but talked about by few,” she said.
Netizens came together to extend their emphatic support and send love to the Duchess –
When I had a miscarriage, I remember scouring the internet for articles by women who had been through the same thing. Because reading that you’re not alone is helpful and it’s comforting. So thank you to Meghan Markle for writing about something so difficult

And here we go – horrible comments about #MeghanMarkle talking about her miscarriage. She’s doing it to try to help others. Something is so wrong with us as a society when a woman is attacked for writing honestly about baby loss.

My heart breaks for #PrinceHarry & #MeghanMarkle . Remember over the summer when the Royal Rota would talk with perverse glee about how Harry looked so sad in his new home? Little did they (and the rest of us) know PH & MM were going through such tragedy.
May God forgive them.

The former Suits actor had been a repetitive target of the trolls and had said that she is ‘the most trolled person in the world in 2019’ after which she and Harry walked out of the Royal Family. The intimate details shared are in contrast with the usual policy of the British royal family, who reveal almost nothing about their personal lives.
