KBC Ad from 3 years ago predicted Ishit Bhatt’s viral moment with Amitabh Bachchan!

Sharing the video online, Singh wrote, “Full déjà vu! Life’s getting stranger than fiction.” Actor Gagan Arora, who played the contestant in the ad, even called him “visionary,” while amused fans joked that Singh must be a time traveller.

Ten-year-old Ishit Bhatt has become an overnight sensation after his playful yet overconfident exchange with Amitabh Bachchan on Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC). The young contestant’s bold behaviour, interrupting Big B, refusing to hear the rules, and shouting “arre lock karo!” sparked massive debate online.

While some called him overconfident, others admired his energy and innocence. But what’s even more fascinating is that this viral moment was seemingly predicted three years ago.

The Ad That Saw It Coming

Writer and director Neeraj Singh revealed that a KBC advertisement he wrote three years ago featured a similar scene, a young contestant cutting off Amitabh before he could finish reading the question, insisting he already knew the answer. When Amitabh tries to reason with him, the contestant cheekily replies, “YOLO!” (You Only Live Once). The ad ends with Big B declaring, “Ye galat jawab hai”, the same outcome that Ishit met in reality.

When Fiction Turned Into Reality

In a strange twist of fate, the scripted ad came to life on the KBC stage, turning Ishit Bhatt into a viral name across India.

What began as a light-hearted moment on TV has now become a delightful reminder that sometimes, truth really does mirror fiction with a touch of Bollywood magic.
