Like others in Bollywood, Katrina Kaif also has a staff that takes care of her beauty and fitness routine. But apart from that, it is the interest of the “Ek Tha Tiger” actress that has ensured that she never adds a layer of cellulite or fat on her body. So, here are some regular things that Katrina follows to get that flat midriff and toned body.

In her recent interview, Katrina said, "I love training. Without it, I’m not the best that I can be. I try to work out six days a week, for at least 45 minutes. I enjoy taking care of my body." She indulges in all forms of workouts including strength training, gym, pilates, and yoga. Her regular Instagram posts reveal that the actress trains like a beast to maintain that fabulous body.

Apart from avoiding junk food or munching on sweets and delicacies, Katrina Kaif also follows certain diet rules. The actress says, "My staple rule, which I follow 95 percent of the time, is no gluten, no refined sugars, no dairy. Carbs are fine – nothing wrong with them!"
