Kartik Aaryan, Ananya Panday, Bhumi Pednekar's 'Ankhiyon Se Goli Marey' Is Biggest Kalank?

Kartik Aaryan, Ananya Panday, and Bhumi Pednekar’s “Ankhiyon Se Goli Marey” from their upcoming movie “Pati Patni Aur Woh” has been quite a disappointment. All the three stars are good dancers although not at par with the likes of Hrithik Roshan or Tiger Shroff. But even then a much better performance was expected by the viewers.

“Ankhiyon Se Goli Marey” is an iconic song in which the popular pair of the nineties Govinda and Raveena Tandon have danced beautifully. Matching the style, grace, and timing of Govinda is almost impossible. But the current version of “Pati Patni Aur Woh” in its effort to do something different from the original has just destroyed what you can call a cult song of that era.

Netizens Slam The Song As Kalank

And this has not gone down well with the netizens with many calling it a kalank while others have termed it super flop. It should be noted that the picture is the remake of the original movie by the same name that starred Sanjeev Kumar, Vidya Sinha, and Ranjeeta and has been watched and loved by almost every Bollywood fan.

The song of Govinda and Raveena Tandon was so famous that it even inspired a movie by that name released in 2002 and had these two stars in the lead. Long before the song was released, Ananya Panday had accepted that she could not match up to the style of dancing of Raveena Tandon. Of course, the song has a rap and mix the way things are done today and liked by today’s youth.

But even then the overall presentation has not been able to impress social media users who believe that the essence and fun of the original song have been destroyed completely. A few have also expressed that such famous songs should not be remade or disturbed.
