Hyderabad: At a time when MeToo movement is gaining momentum in India, cinematographer of Telugu movie 'Kavacham', Chota K Naidu, has courted a controversy by kissing Kajal Agarwal on stage during the teaser release event of the movie in Daspalla, Hyderabad.

The vulgar act came as a surprise for everyone present at the event as Naidu grabbed the "Magadheera" actress and kissed her, reported TELUGU 360.

However, after the act Naidu blamed his fellow film composer Thaman for the incident for saying “we can’t kiss her(Kajal)”.

The report says that Kajal was left embarrassed and felt uncomfortable by the act but chose not to say anything.

Another controversy had erupted in 2016 when Kajal had said that she was petrified to do a kissing scene in the flick "Do Lafzon Ki Kahani" and felt it should not be blown out of proportion.

"Do Lafzon Ki Kahani", directed by Deepak Tijori, had Randeep Hooda and Kajal Aggarwal in the lead roles, and their liplock was making news as there were reports that she was not aware of it in advance.
