Ira Khan is young and an aspiring director who wants to make a mark in theater and not in Bollywood movies. At first many believed that this young daughter of superstar actor and producer Aamir Khan will surely enter the film industry as an actress. She has the right looks, figure and seems to have a good grasp of filmmaking. But even then Ira has chosen to work in theater, at least for the start and now she is super excited about it.
Recently, the young debutant shared a video on Instagram about how things are going on the stage and how the entire team his preparing. Ira Khan is directing a play titled “Euripides Medea” in which Yuvraj Singh’s wife Hazel Keech will be playing the lead role of Medea. The play presented by Entropy is all set to debut in the upcoming few days. NautankiSa, a production house helmed by Sarika, the ex-wife of Kamala Hassan and yesteryear actress will produce the play.

Ira Khan Has Butterflies In Her Stomach Due To Excitement
Since it’s her debut play Ira is just too excited and in her Instagram post shared how her star cast is rehearsing for “Euripides Medea.” Ira wrote, “I can’t believe we’re a week away from the show! It still feels as though we started only last month. Checking out theatres was so exciting! And then Pinty aunty made me this lovely sketch. I can’t see Ranga Shankara. It is a privilege. So many excited butterflies in my stomach!”
Aamir Khan’s eldest son and brother of Ira, Junaid Khan will also play a key role in this play. It was a moment of joy for Ira when Hazel said yes to do the lead role as according to the young director she is just perfect as Medea.
Since Ira is the daughter of Bollywood’s perfectionist Aamir Khan everyone is hoping that the former has taken this trait from her father and will be a perfect director.
