According to the latest buzz, the lady superstar is interested in a destination wedding albeit with only a few close friends and family members around. The entire affair will be very much private and the guest list will be restricted.
This decision might be because of the current corona pandemic or also because both Nayanthara and Vignesh are private people who love to spend their time with a selective group of people. They will announce the name of the country and the date of the wedding soon.

The couple started dating while they were working on Naanum Rowdy Dhaan release in 2015. While fans have been hooting for them to get married or at least announce their engagement after courting each other for more than 5 years, it is believed that Nayanthara hesitated in taking the next step.
Her earlier relationship with Prabhu Deva ended in a bitter breakup which left the Darbar actress devastated in the end. She had to start from scratch and resume her career after giving it up all for the famous director. That is why Nayanthara took her time to finally say yes to Vignesh Shivan's proposal.
