Mumbai: A day after Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor shared the teaser of his new Netflix movie AKvsAK with Anurag Kashyap on Twitter, the Indian Air Force (IAF) raised objection to some of the scenes in the movie.

The IAF took to Twitter to slam actor Anil Kapoor and filmmaker Anurag Kashyap for the inaccurate uniform and inappropriate language used in AK vs AK trailer.

In a tweet, the IAF stated that the Air Force uniform being worn by Anil Kapoor in the trailer video has been ‘inaccurately donned’. The IAF further asked to withdraw related scenes from the movie.

“The IAF uniform in this video is inaccurately donned and the language used is inappropriate. This does not conform to the behavioural norms of those in the Armed Forces of India. The related scenes need to be withdrawn,” mentioned IAF.

Twitterati has termed it as an insult to the Armed Forces. Here are some of the responses.

As per the trailer of Vikramaditya Motwane’s AK vs AK, the film pits filmmaker Anurag Kashyap against Anil Kapoor in a clash of egos. The plot of the movie revolves around a kidnapping. Kashyap, a brash film director, abducts Anil Kapoor's daughter in the movie, claims a report by Times Now.
