Taking to Instagram, Hrithik shared a snapshot of his colourful meal, which included jowar (sorghum) rotis paired with bhindi (okra), beetroot, baingan (eggplant), papdi (broad beans), lauki (bottle gourd), egg whites, and daal. While unconventional by typical gym standards, the meal is rich in fibre, protein, and essential nutrients.
Captioning the post, Hrithik wrote, “The most unlikely post workout meal?” before listing the ingredients and playfully calling it one of his favourite quirks. The post instantly struck a chord with fans, who praised his grounded approach to fitness and nutrition.
