Salman Khan is known for his love for fitness, workouts, and gym. He has inspired many to take up a healthy lifestyle and exercise and has launched his fitness brand “Being Strong.” According to insider sources, even though Bhaijan is always busy, he makes sure to hit the gym at least a couple of hours a day focusing on two body parts each day. On one day he focuses on triceps and chest whereas the next day he gives attention to biceps and backs.

Some of the exercises that Salman Khan includes in his workout are weight training, sit-ups, bench press, pushups, trade mill, plank, and circuit training. The superstar makes it a point to skip a workout and rest his body once a week.

The “Tubelight” actor also keeps a close watch on his diet. Being a big foodie he loves to gorge on Indian and Italian delicacies. However, he stays away from processed food and sweets. To ensure that his metabolism continues to work strongly, the “Bharat” actor-producer takes small meals 5 to 6 times a day. For maintaining high energy levels after the workout he consumes protein bars and oats. Salman eats 4 egg whites, low-fat milk, and 2 whole eggs at breakfast, and chicken, rice, cooked vegetables with roti at lunch.

As in-between snacks, the superstar eats almonds and also stuffs himself with salads and grilled vegetables during the day time. At dinner, the actor restricts himself to chicken or fish soup, and two eggs. Salman loves cycling and whenever he is free he enjoys cycling. His social media posts are filled with his cycling videos. There is a rumour that wherever the actor goes he carries his cycle with him so that he can enjoy the activity whenever he is free and feels like it.

Similarly, Salman Khan loves watching and playing cricket and participates in a game of cricket whenever he has an opportunity.
