Dulquer Salmaan is the heartthrob of Malayalam cinema and enjoys a massive fan following across the country despite the language barrier. The actor is known for starring in fun love stories and he is yet again back on the big screen as a lover boy- this time with B-Town stunner Diana Penty.
Diana Penty who has carved a niche for herself in Bollywood with her fun and quirky roles is all set to enter the Malayalam cinema. She will be playing the female lead opposite Dulquer in the film that is produced by Dulquer’s production house itself.
Talking to Twitter, Diana shared her excitement about making her debut in Malayalam cinema opposite Dulquer. She wrote, “Cheers to new beginnings! Super excited to join @dulQuer, #RosshanAndrrews and the whole crew on this new journey - my first Malayalam film! Looking forward to the ride”

According to reports, the film has been titled Salute and will be released by this year-end. Diana and Dulquer Salman have started shooting the film recently in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
Diana Penty was last seen opposite John Abraham in Parmanu: The Story Of Pokhran in 2018. Dulquer has also acted in Bollywood movies like Karwaan along with Irrfan Khan and The Zoya Factor opposite Sonam Kapoor.
