Deepika Padukone reacted for the first time today after her drug chats came to light a few days ago. Allegedly, her drug chats with Karishma Prakash shows the actress asking for Hash. While the entire digital media is abuzz with this news, the Mastani of Bollywood did not come out with a single comment.
However, today she penned an elaborate note for Ayushmann Khurrana after the news about his inclusion in Times 100 Most Influential People in the World came out.
Deepika Padukone Says Ayuhmann Has Created Memorable Films and Iconic Characters
The actress wrote, "I remember Ayushmann Khurrana vividly from his debut film, Vicky Donor. He had, of course, been a part of the entertainment industry in various other ways for several years before that, but the reason you and I talk about him today is because of the impact he has been able to create through memorable films and iconic characters."
She further adds, "Where male protagonist roles often fall into the trap of stereotypical masculinity, Ayushmann has successfully and convincingly transformed into characters who challenge those very stereotypes.”
According to Deepika Padukone apart from hard work and talent, patience, perseverance, and fearlessness are the characteristics of those who dare to dream a lot similar to Ayushmann.
Why Is Deepika Silent, and Not Reacting Like Dia Mirza and Rakul Preet Singh?
Undoubtedly what Deeps has achieved in all these years is purely based on her hard work and talent. But if she is so fearless why did the actress remained silent after the drug chats came out.
She could have come out with an explanation similar to Dia Mirza who refuted all such allegations through her social media posts. Even Rakul Preet Singh, another actress named in the drug connection approached the court to stop media trials against her.
Currently, the actress is in Goa shooting for Shakun Batra's next movie project that also stars Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ananya Panday.
