BTS Makes History With This Inclusion in List of BPL

The South Korean music band has made history by earning a new award last week. The band has managed to achieve a rare feat with its recent album Map of the Soul: 7. This particular album from the SK’s vocal outfit has been declared gold in Great Britain. Interestingly, BTS is the only band from South Korea to rise to gold status.

But it is not the first time that the group’s album has managed to earn this status. Previously their two albums Map of the Soul: Persona (May 2020) and Love Yourself: Answer (September 2020) earned gold status.

The group has been nominated for the #Nickelodeon The 2021 Kids’ Choice Awards which will take place on March 13. Their recent performance on MTV Unplugged got record-breaking viewership and established once again that K-pop BTS is one of the biggest and most popular bands around today.
