Following her exit, spiritual content creator Tanya Mittal addressed accusations of being “fake” or “pretentious.” Known for statements about luxury- such as flying to Dubai for dessert or requiring extensive personal security- Tanya argued that the criticism stemmed from outdated biases against successful women.

She firmly defended her lifestyle, saying she has always been transparent about her background, choices, and ability to afford her comforts. Tanya also suggested that the scrutiny she faced for employing bodyguards or indulging in personal expenses would not have drawn attention had she been a man.
