Bigg Boss 19 winner Gaurav Khanna’s wife Akanksha raises alarm over impersonation scam using her name

Akanksha Chamola, wife of Bigg Boss 19 winner Gaurav Khanna, has issued a strong warning to her followers after discovering an online impersonation scam being carried out in her name. 

Taking to Instagram Stories, the television actor shared a screenshot and raised a clear “scam alert,” urging people to stay cautious.

The screenshot revealed a WhatsApp number operating under the name “Akanshag Khanna,” which was allegedly messaging her friends and contacts while pretending to be her. Calling out the fake account, Akanksha wrote, “Please ignore and report this number as it’s impersonating me and messaging all of my friends.”

“This Isn’t Me,” Says Akanksha

Clarifying the situation further, Akanksha firmly stated that she does not have any alternate contact numbers. “Everyone beware, this isn’t me. I don’t have a second functioning number,” she added, asking people not to respond to any messages sent from the fake account.

By publicly highlighting the number, the actor aimed to prevent her followers and friends from falling prey to the scam and urged them to report the impersonator immediately.

Comes After Birthday and Bigg Boss 19 Win Celebration

The scam alert comes shortly after Akanksha was seen celebrating her husband Gaurav Khanna’s birthday along with his Bigg Boss 19 victory. The celebration was attended by fans and co-contestants, with several videos showing the couple dancing together.

Sharing moments from the night, Gaurav wrote, “A night well spent, and how. Celebrating the birthday and the Bigg Boss 19 win, double the reason, double the gratitude.” He thanked everyone who attended and showered love on them.
