“It Looked Like Pure Friendship”: Abhishek Opens His Heart
Speaking to Telly Talk India, Abhishek explained that his dynamic with Ashnoor was built on comfort, trust, and effortless companionship.
He clarified it never turned romantic, saying, "I didn't feel that. I think it is friendship, and we had maintained decorum. It looked like pure friendship. We were doing mischief; we were like buddies. We didn't even think in that tangent [of romance]. We were there for each other. That was the only thought that if something happened [to her], I'll take a stand, and if something happened [to me], she'll take a stand. Hum pichhe nahin hatenge ek dussre se [We will not back down from supporting each other]. That was our take."
Adding a playful touch, he recalled their nicknames inside the house and said, "We are best friends. Woh meri Piddi hai aur mein uska Goku."
Was His Game Affected? Abhishek Responds Calmly
Abhishek rejected claims that he would have played differently without Ashnoor around. According to him, their easy friendship started on day one. As eliminations continued, they became the two remaining contestants who truly understood each other.
Even then, Abhishek insists his game stood firm- driven by morals, clarity, and individual conviction. He pointed out that many housemates avoided fights with him not because he backed out, but because they knew his stance wouldn’t waver.

Bigg Boss 19: A Solo Journey With Strong Bonds
Despite valuing friendship, Abhishek believes Bigg Boss 19 ultimately tests single players, not teams. As the finale nears, Amaal Mallik, Farrhana Bhatt, Ashnoor Kaur, Pranit More, Shehbaz Badesha, and Malti Chahar remain in the race, while Gaurav Khanna has already locked his place in the finale.
