Post the success of Master, Thalapathy Vijay seems to be now on a signing spree. After confirming #thalapathy65 with Nelson Dilip Kumar, now the Tamil superstar is also reportedly planning to sign his next soon and is already discussing scripts with directors.

The latest news is that Vijay will be signing a new project with the director of Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru and Nerkonda Paarvai- H Vinoth. It should be noted earlier after the release of the political thriller Sarkar, Vinoth had offered Vijay another politically-oriented movie. But at that time the superstar did not want to get trapped in a typical serious image and hence turned it down.

The new buzz suggests that Thalapathy Vijay's next with Vinoth will be bankrolled by 7 Screen Studio of Lalit Kumar who is the worldwide distributor of the recent megahit Master.

Thalapathy Vijay's #thalapathy65 To Star Pooja Hegde, Release During Diwali?

Vijay has already given a nod to star in #thalapathy65. The latest buzz is that Arun Vijay who played the lead antagonist in Ajith's Yennai Arindhaal will be playing the villain in this movie. Also, reports are that makers are in talks with Pooja Hegde to play the female lead with Thalapathy Vijay.

The announcement for #thalapathy65 was made by Sun Pictures which is producing the flick. It is most likely to go on the floors next month. However, Thalapathy Vijay wants all the star cast to be finalized by the end of January 2021 and most probably the makers will announce the name of Pooja Hegde soon as the female lead.

Also, the buzz says that Sun Pictures is planning a grand Diwali 2021 release. However, there is no such confirmation from the makers or the superstar Thalapathy Vijay. Master has created a huge box-office record worldwide. Hence it will be difficult for the other movies releasing next in the upcoming months to match that level of success.
