Baahubali Prabhas today applauded India's second lunar mission after the GSLV rocket named as 'Bahubali' successfully put the moon spacecraft Chandrayaan-2 into the orbit.

Prabhas took his excitement to the social media and penned down the heartfelt words…

“Hello Darlings! It’s is a proud day for all of us Indians as ISRO’s Chandrayaan-2 took flight today. It is a further honour for the entire Baahubali team with the rocket being regarded as Bahubali for its magnum opus scale, years of hard work in the making and first of its kind capacity to carry 300 tonnes. More power to India.”

The Geosynchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle-Mark III (GSLV-Mk III) took off from the second launch pad at the Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SDSC) in Sriharikota spaceport. Chandrayaan-2 was successfully launched today at around 2.43 p.m. from Sriharikota. After around About 16 minutes of flight, the Bahubali rocket put Chandrayaan-2 in the orbit to begin its 48-day journey to the Moon.

With the success of Chandrayaan-2 mission, India will become the fourth country in the world to land a vehicle and travel on the Moon surface following the US, Russia and China.
