Baahubali Prabhas’ Fitness Mantra Finally Revealed!
Bhubaneswar: It is the personality and charisma of darling Prabhas that one would easily fall for. But only a handful of people know that the Baahubali actor is a fitness freak and follows a strict diet regime.
Ahead of the release of much awaited movie Saaho, Prabhas’ fitness trainer Laxman Reddy has claimed that the actor lost nearly 10 kilograms to get into perfect shape.
“Prabhas lost 10 kg for Saaho without facing any difficulty,” the fitness trainer of Prabhas was quoted as saying by Mid-day.
Reddy further stated that Prabhas followed a strict fitness routine comprising hour-long cardio sessions, swimming, cycling and playing volleyball.
Whenever they didn’t find a gym, they trained in rooms. When the accessories were not available, Reddy said, they managed to execute 100 free squats and walking lunges over hour-long training sessions.
Speaking about Prabhas’ diet, the trainer said, “He had generous portions of rice, bread, egg whites and chicken, and a lot of fats like nuts, as well.”
Apart from being a mega-budget action thriller, Saaho is touted as one of the most technically-advanced films ever produced in India. The film directed by Sujeeth, featuring Jackie Shroff, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Mahesh Manjrekar, Murli Sharma, Chunkey Panday among others, will hit screens on August 30.
