Amitabh Bachchan Is Elated As Jaya Bachchan and Shweta Bachchan Nanda Join Him For Shooting

Amitabh Bachchan late night yesterday shared a few pictures of himself from the sets of an ad shoot. Incidentally, the moment was special for him as his wife Jaya Bachchan and daughter Shweta Bachchan Nanda joined him for the shooting.

Elated Big B can be seen in a golden sherwani with beige pagadi, a typical Indian attire. Beside him is Shweta and Jayaji both in a saree albeit wearing a mask. Amitabh Bachchan captioned this click on Instagram, "Family at work ..."

Big B shared yet another click on Twitter with the same caption. However, in this picture, the Senior Bachchan is in different attire sporting a Nehru jacket. Both Jayaji in green saree and Shweta in light yellow Punjabi suit are looking beautiful.

Shweta Bachchan Nanda Debuted on Screen With Amitabh Bachchan With Kalyan Jewellers Ad

Most probably, the Bachchan family was together to shoot for Kalyan Jewellers ad. Previously too both Jaya and Shweta have appeared with Big B to endorse this brand albeit in separate ads. This is for the first time that both will be seen together with the KBC 12 host if all the three Bachchans appear in the same frame on the screen.

Shweta has been away from both the big and small screen for years. However, she debuted in front of the camera in 2018 with Kalyan Jewellers ad. Most importantly her debut was discussed because the ad caused quite a controversy.

The ad depicted in a candid way how bank officials at times behave rudely with pensioners and are callous in their approach. This irked the bank employees and the All India Bank Officers’ Association staged a protest against the ad demanding Kalyan Jewellers to take it back.

While the ad was withdrawn after that Shweta and Jaya have appeared in a few Kalyan Jewellers ads with Amitabh Bachchan.
