Ajay Devgn, Amitabh Bachchan Reunite After 7 Years For ‘Mayday’

After their memorable pairing in movies like Aag, Satyagraha, Khakee, Teen Patti, and Major Saab, Amitabh Bachchan and Ajay Devgn are all set to reunite for a new film. Almost seven years after the last time they shared the screen together, the two will be pairing up again for Ajay's directorial next titled 'Mayday'.

Mayday which is an edge-of-the-seat human drama will star Amitabh Bachchan in the lead who will be directed by the Singham star for the first time. In the film, Ajay will be seen playing the role of a pilot for the first time, while Bachchan's character has been kept a secret. The film will go on the floors next month.

Announcing the project, AD Films wrote, “@SrBachchan & @ajaydevgn are all set to reunite after 7 years for a thrilling, absolute edge-of-the-seat human-drama titled #Mayday, being produced by Ajay Devgn Films & directed by #AjayDevgn. He’s directing the legend for the first time.” After this announcement, the fans can’t contain their excitement.

On the work front, Ajay Devgn is producing Chhalaang, The Big Bull, and Tribhanga, which stars Kajol. He will also be seen in Sooryavanshi, RRR, and Maidaan. Meanwhile, Amitabh Bachchan will be next seen in Chehre, Brahmastra, and Jhund.
