Sangati Jogwar

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Rani Mukerji both are highly successful actresses of Bollywood. Each one of them has her style of acting, dancing and has won lots of accolades and awards for their performances on the screen.

One thing in common for both of them was Abhishek Bachchan as the co-star. Junior B has acted in “Bas Itna Sa Khawab Hai,” “Yuva,” “Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna,” “Laaga Chunari Mein Daag,” and “Bunty Aur Babli” with Rani Mukerji. Almost at the same time, he worked with Aishwarya in “Guru,” “Dhaai Akshar Prem Ke,” Kuch Naa Kaho,” “Umrao Jaan,” “Dhoom 2,” “Sarkar Raj,” and “Raavan.”

Most of these movies were released around the same time in between 2000 to 2010. It can be said that this was the peak period for all these three stars.

Aishwarya And Rani Spat

The chemistry between Abhishek Bachchan and Rani Mukerji looked sizzling on the screen and fans even believed that they were having an affair in real life. However, Rani was in love with YRF scion Aditya Chopra who has been a childhood friend of Junior B. Through him Abhishek got his first movie “Dhoom.” But the equations changed between Aditya and Abhishek after the latter’s marriage with Aishwarya.

It so happened that during Aishwarya and Salman’s affair when Shah Rukh Khan decided to replace the Miss World, Rani Mukerji immediately agreed to step in. She did not even discuss it with Aishwarya who was her good friend at that time. It hurt the “Hum Dil De Chuke Actress” so much that she stopped talking with Rani. Ever since then things have not been well between the Bachchan’s and Chopra’s and that is one reason Abhishek is not working with YRF.

Recently, when the production house asked the “Bunty Aur Babli” star to come on board for the sequel of this movie with Rani Mukerji, he simply declined the offer. This cold war between Aishwarya and Rani is affecting the equation between Aditya Chopra and Abhishek and somehow also making an impact on Abhishek’s career which currently is not going great.

It should be noted that when Amitabh Bachchan was down with debt, he asked Yash Chopra to give him a role so that he can make a comeback. That is when Yashji gave him a role in “Mohabbatein” and helped Big B bounce back as the character artist.
