After the massive success of Baahubali, Prabhas faced a series of setbacks with Saaho, Radhe Shyam, and Adipurush, which failed to meet box-office expectations. However, the actor staged a powerful comeback with Salaar and the sci-fi epic Kalki 2898 AD, of which the latter crossed the Rs 1,000 crore mark globally.

Third Blockbuster Loading?

With two consecutive blockbusters under his belt, industry watchers believe ‘The Raja Saab’ could give Prabhas a coveted hat-trick of hits if the word of mouth goes well. The film boasts a strong ensemble cast, with Sanjay Dutt playing a formidable antagonist.

The supporting cast includes Malavika Mohanan, Nidhhi Agerwal, Riddhi Kumar, Boman Irani, and Zarina Wahab, adding further weight to the project.

Trade experts note that the Sankranthi release window, Prabhas’ massive fan base, and the film’s unique genre could work in its favour. As anticipation builds, the big question remains—will The Raja Saab cement Prabhas’ reign at the box office once again?
