Excitement soared when Allu Arjun and Atlee officially joined hands for their first collaboration- a science-fiction extravaganza set against the backdrop of a parallel universe. Tentatively titled AA22xA6, the film is already one of the most talked-about projects in Indian cinema and is currently well into production.

Will AA22xA6 Unfold as a Two-Part Saga?
Fresh buzz suggests that the makers are contemplating a two-film structure for AA22xA6. Owing to its massive scale, expansive storytelling, and hefty budget, the team is reportedly weighing the idea of splitting the narrative into two parts. However, no formal confirmation has been made yet.
Inspired by Recent Multi-Part Blockbusters
If the plan materialises, AA22xA6 would follow a route similar to recent large-scale ventures like Dhurandhar, which was also conceptualised as a two-part film. The trend of stretching grand narratives across multiple instalments seems to be gaining momentum in Indian cinema.
Shoot Progress and Timeline
According to reports, nearly 60 percent of AA22xA6 has already been filmed. The crew is currently working on an elaborate underwater action sequence, touted to be one of the film’s standout moments. With several leading Hollywood technicians on board, the first part is expected to release by the end of 2026, while the second instalment may commence production later.

Deepika Padukone features as the female lead, while Rashmika Mandanna, Mrunal Thakur, Janhvi Kapoor, and Bhagyashri Borse are also said to be part of the ensemble. The project is backed by international studios and promises cutting-edge cinematic innovation.
