South Western Railway Recruitment 2018

The South Western Railway is looking for engineers at freshers level or with minimum experience and Diploma holders can also apply for the posts.

Konkan Railway Recruitment 2018

In another recruitment of the Indian Railways, the Konkan Railway has released around 100 vacancies for Trackman, Assistant Pointsman, Khalasi Electrical, Khalasi S&T and Khalasi Mechanical posts. Aspirants are advised to read on before applying.

RPF Recruitment 2018

Here's your chance to get into the railway job now as the Railway Protection Force is looking for sub-inspectors and constables for thousands of vacancies.

The application submission process has begun for the posts of 1120 Sub Inspectors and 8619 Constables in the Indian Railways’ Railway Protection Force (RPF)/ Railway Protection Special Force (RPSF) under the 7th CPC pay Matrix.

Both male and females can apply for a total of 9739 posts on or before June 30, 2018.

RPF Sub Inspector Eligibility Details
Education Qualification: Graduate from a recognized University can only be able to apply. Those awaiting result of the final examination of the prescribed educational qualification are not eligible to apply.

Pay Scale: Level 6 of 7th CPC pay Matrix with initial pay of Rs 35,400/- plus other allowances for the Sub Inspector posts.

Age Limit (as on 01.07.2018): Applicants’ age should be between 20 and 25 years.

Application Fee: General and OBC candidates will have to shell out Rs 500 as examination fee while SC/ ST/ Ex Serviceman/ Female/ Minorities/ Economically Backward Classes will have to pay Rs 250.

RPF Constable Eligibility Details
Educational Qualification: Candidates those who applied for 10th standard can apply for the post.

Age Limit (as on 01.07.2018): Applicants’ age should be between 18 and 25 years.

Salary: Candidates once appointed will get pay of Rs 21,700.

Selection process: Selection of candidates will be based on Physical Efficiency test (PET),Written examination, Viva Voce and document verification.

Application Fee: The Application fee for General category applicants is Rs 40 while for OBC/SC/ST no fee is required.
