OSSC Recruitment 2018: Apply for 878 Ayush Assistant posts

The Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) has released a notification for the recruitment of 878 Ayush Assistant. The recruitment will be done on contract basis under Directorate of Ayush, Department of Health & Family Welfare on contract basis.

Interested candidates can apply online at the earliest without any further delay.

OSSC Vacancy Details

1. Ayurvedic Assistant: 435
2. Homeopathic Assistant: 443

Age

Candidates applying should be between 18 to 32 years of age as on January 1, 2017. While age relaxation is applicable by 5 years for SC/STSEBC and Women candidates, PWD candidates will get a relaxation of 10 years.

Qualification

+2 Science pass students or its equivalent examination from a recognized board or council or university are only eligible to apply.

Selection

The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of a written examination.

Exam Fee

Candidates will have to shell out Rs 100 as exam fee. The payment of the fee to be made online through Odisha Treasury Portal (e-chalan) or Treasury Chalan in any Treasury/ Sub-Treasury under the Head of Account: 0051-PSC-104-UPSC/ SSC – Examination Fees-0047-Fees collected for conducting examinations-02041-Examiantion Fees”.

Meanwhile, SC/ ST and PWD candidates are exempted from fee payment.
