Cuttack: The Orissa High Court has invited application for the recruitment of Law Reporter in the Court's establishment for a period of one year on a fixed pay (consolidated) of Rs 25,000 per month.
The deadline to apply for the post is February 9, 2018.
However, the appointment is terminable by giving one month's notice within the meaning of Sub-Rule (iv) of Rule-6 of the High Court of Orissa (Appointment of Staff and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2015.
Candidates applying must be an advocate of at least 10 years standing practice in the High Court of Orissa and should not be less than 35 years of age by the date of his appointment to the post.
No person shall either be appointed or continued as a Law Reporter after he attains the age of 65 years.
The selected candidate shall be physically fit and he/she should obtain a certificate from a registered medical practitioner in this regard.
Every application must be accompanied by the following certificates testimonials:
i) True attested copies of certificates, Degree and Diplomas showing the candidate's qualifications and character, including the experience of standing practice in the High Court.
ii) Evidence of age which should ordinarily be the matriculation certificate or its equivalent.
iii) Candidate must properly attach all enclosures with his/her application.
Note: The applicants who have already applied for the said post in pursuance of the Court's Notice Dated 05.08.2017 need not apply.
