OPTCL Recruitment for 60 Office Asst Grade III Posts: Last week to apply

Bhubaneswar: Government of Odisha, Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Limited (OPTCL) has recently released a notification for the recruitment of 60 Office Assistant Grade-III (Trainee) on contractual basis.

While thousands of eligible aspirants have already applied for it, here comes the last week to apply as the deadline to apply ends on December 23, 2017.

Note: OPTCL bags the credit of fastest result publishing and appointing department as compare to other exam conducting authorities.

Eligible candidates can apply against 60 vacancies under Office Assistant Grade-III (Trainee) category. Out of the 60 posts, 10 posts are reserved for SC category while 16, 8 and 26 posts are reserved for ST, SEBC and General category students respectively.

Candidates applying must be 21 years and must not be above 32 years of age as on 01-11-2017 OR he/ she must not have been born earlier than 01-11-1985, and not later than 01-11-1996.

Meanwhile, age relaxation is 5 years in case of SC, ST, SEBC and Woman candidates and 10 years in case of PWD Candidates.

Educational Qualification

Candidates need to have possessed Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or possess such other qualification equivalent, adequate knowledge in computer application.

Candidates applying under UR and SEBC will have to shell out pay Rs 500 as application fee while Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Scheduled Tribe (ST) of Odisha, PWD candidates in the form of Debit/ Credit Card/ Net Banking (Online) or Bank challan in any ICICI Bank (Off-line).

However, no fee is required to be paid by the candidates belonging to OPTCL departmental candidates.

3. After Registration is done, fill the application form and submit
4. Take out a print out of the filled form for future reference
