Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) 2020 dates have been announced. The exam has been scheduled to be conducted between October 12 and 19.

Earlier, the exam was postponed in view of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Informing about the development, OJEE director Sudeep Kumar Chand said that the OJEE will be held at 53 centres across 21 cities in the State.

"The Entrance Examination will be conducted in Computer Based Test (031) mode for all the courses as mentioned above in three shifts on each day of the examination. The shift-wise complete schedule of the examination as well as the dates of downloading of Admit Cards indicating Roll No. Shift and Centre of examination will be displayed on the official websites of OJEE," an official release read.

Earlier, six new places in the State and three places outside the state were added to the existing places for the online examination centres.

Exam Centres Inside Odisha (which was added to the existing ones):

Balangir, Parakhamundi (Gajapati), Jagatsinghpur, Jajpur, Nayagarh, Phulbani (Kandhamal)

Exam Centres Outside Odisha (which was added to the existing ones):

Patna, Ranchi and Kolkata.
